Our weekly groups offer coffee, creativity, and company in various venues and within community support services around Plymouth, Devon. They help to combat social isolation and offer peer support for anxiety and depression. They are also really good fun!
As a taster you can see recordings of previous online sessions on Facebook.

What Happens at Mindful Art Club?
Typically, we start with a “check-in” where everyone gets a chance to say how they are feeling, but there is no obligation to talk if you don’t want to. Then we do five minutes of guided mindfulness. Then we do five minutes of mindful drawing (which is drawing with our eyes closed). Then we do a simple art project that anyone can do and have a chat. In most groups, there is an opportunity to get a tea or coffee. Art projects might include making a greeting card, drawing a mandala, mindful doodling (zentangles), or making a collage. Artistic talent is not necessary – it’s about having fun. Each group lasts for an hour and a half.
There is no waiting list, but there is a different booking process for different groups in different locations. The groups are not focused on one gender or another and everyone is welcome except for The Sunflower Centre, which is just for women.
We hope you can come to a group soon.
Please send any enquiries through our contact page. (Nb: We may not be able to respond immediately if we are facilitating our groups)
