Create Your Recovery is a six-week mindful art course that boosts mental health and reduces social isolation. The course includes two trained mental health facilitators and helps to teach new skills to all the participants. It can be delivered online or in person.

Create a simple mandala, using drawing as a practice to relieve stress and anxiety.
2- Vision Board CollageKnow more about relaxation techniques.
Create an original piece of art and use positive visualisation.
3- Matisse Cut OutsBe inspired by Henri Matisse’s paper cut-out artwork.
Make cut-out art from things we have at home.
4- Gratitude HeartsLearn the three-minute breathing space relaxation technique, an easy, quick way of grounding yourself if your mind is racing.
Practice gratitude and create a unique piece of art.
5- Make a Picture out of a SquiggleTry mindful drawing.

6- A Happy MemoryPractice a different relaxation technique.
