    This day will leave you feeling more alive and connected to nature.

    What is it?

    This is a mindful art retreat giving you time to practice mindfulness and art with delicious food and good company in the grounds of an ancient ruined castle in Plympton St. Maurice.

    Everyone is welcome, especially those new to mindfulness or art. The day includes guided mindfulness, and a chance to be creative for fun, without any judgement of your work.

    Retreat lunch.

    Food: At the retreat, all food is provided.

    Location: The retreat takes place in the picturesque village of Plympton St Maurice, near Plymouth, in South Devon. Outdoor activities are held in public green spaces; lunch is served in the local Guildhall. Most of the event is outdoors but can be moved to our indoor venue in the case of rain. Should the event be cancelled due to unexpected circumstances, we will refund all tickets.

    Accessibility: This event may be unsuitable for some people with mobility issues as it involves some off-road walking, and some of it is based in an upstairs room in a historical building which does not have a lift. Please contact us to discuss this before booking if you think this may impact you.

    What makes this retreat so special?

    Free your mind from self-criticism with art sessions designed to reconnect you to your more playful self. After practising mindfulness outdoors, we are invited to play with art materials in a guided session with no outcome in mind. Discover the healing effects of creating mindfully with Emma, an experienced art and mindfulness teacher, and Peggy, an artist, hypnotherapist and counsellor.
